WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Collaborating with other engineers, product management & users 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, analysts) to ignite further growth of the company
• Building, testing and shipping features/products using modern tech such as Vue, TypeScript, Jest, Vite, Node.js and WebSockets
• Shipping features via a CI/CD pipeline based on Git Pull Requests, Buildkite, and Container Orchestration
• Proactively taking responsibility for the long-term code quality and participating in frontend architecture decisions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience building and shipping complex and high impact technical products
• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering - ideally in a cross-functional team set up. 
• A humble and conscious approach that not all good ideas are yours, and not all ideas are good
• Experience being a senior member of an engineering team, with ease of working with non-technical stakeholders and mentoring more junior engineers
• Genuine user empathy and passion for solving complex user problems
• You are motivated to deliver reliable and long-term maintainable software using development and continuous delivery
• You feel comfortable in an agile environment, are motivated by learning with a “hands-on” approach, and are able to identify and solve problems independently and efficiently
