What you’ll do ​& Who you are

Support the marketing team for projects monitoring

• Assistance in the operational management of partners events: receiving briefs from partners and coordinating with SG and IT // Creating "Who is Who" profiles for each event // Assisting in sorting and tracking leads after events with sales teams for better ROI tracking.

• Optimizing partnerships by organizing more small breakfasts/conferences in our premises for smaller and more qualified events.

• Assistance in designing internal posts for better visibility of employment projects (CRM, events, communication) with employment teams and Adevinta.

• Assistance in managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to save time on analyses

• Treatment and split of leads generated by the events 

• Optimization of editorial content: monitoring and briefing for communication + optimization of articles with client insights.

Support the marketing team to gain awareness in the job market 

• Assistance in building awareness on LinkedIn: designing LinkedIn posts for regular presence (minimum 2 posts per week).

• Planning and operational coordination of webinars with influencers and partners, contributing to increasing the visibility of leboncoin emploi to strengthen our position in the market.

• Benchmarking events + contacting trade shows to negotiate the presence of salespeople at B2B afterwork events.

• Managing B2C awareness among the youth target audience: training and briefing reception hosts who could distribute flyers and promote the employment platform to candidates/students seeking internships/apprenticeships/fixed-term or permanent positions at B2C trade shows throughout France.

• Assistance with sector presentation updates.

• Help In optimizing CRM campaigns - Creating newsletters, emailings, monitoring trigger results, launching sector-specific campaigns with commercial offers...

Support the sales with B2B presentation needs : 

• Help with GC presentations on major deals as they struggle to create polished and visually appealing presentations.

• Help in monitoring and animating sales challenges.

For information, we are looking for C2 profiles or bilingual in French, fluent English appreciated.
