What a College Intern – Partner Account Operations Data Analyst does at HP:

• Develop a 1 stop portal  & quick guide for Partner account operations manager and partners on most used sales ops processes and tools.
• Analyze partner performance metrics  ,documenting current channel ops processes and feedback, identify improvement areas and develop taxonomy to provide meaningful insights on partner top  behaviors and to improve their  performance.
• Delivering Operations KPI improvement process and plans.
• Work with Sales Operations Managers to build business rules for auto tracking and auto triggering for any deviation in trends.
• Work as part of cross-functional teams across organizations.
• Track metrics to measure partner satisfaction and address performance gaps.
• Work independently to construct statistical to forecast partner satisfaction. Identify cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

• Currently pursuing a Degree/Master in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Exposure to Business and/or Marketing field would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated understanding in business applications & digital skills  like Excel,  Power Point,  Robotic Process Automation, statistics and software programming languages (Python, R, SQL).
• Basic project management skills and delivering small scale operations process changes across stakeholders. (ie, tracking, presentation, change management and communication).
• Ability to grasp new technologies and methodologies quickly.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving capability throughout university course work.
• Basic understanding of the concepts of HP products, services and go-to-market models.
• Exposure to web/social media advantageous.
• Able to commit for 5-6 months internship duration.
