Senior Software Engineer

Our Studio product stack, built on Laravel Framework-PHP, Python, and Vue.js, is designed to seamlessly integrate with both private and public clouds, offering a comprehensive solution for contact center automation.

Role As a Software Engineer within our R&D AI Automation Team, you'll play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Studio software solutions. Your focus will be on creating intuitive user interfaces with a drag-and-drop flow builder, integrating multiple channels like voice, SMS, and chatbot with contact center voice solutions. You'll collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams to expand features, ensure high-quality code delivery, and take operational responsibility for the performance and quality of services owned by your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies to solve complex technical challenges.
• Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices to ensure scalability and tenancy management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Ensure project milestones are met and development aligns with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP/Laravel, Python, Vue.js, or similar.
• Strong experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React.
• Expertise in server-side technologies, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and back-end frameworks like PHP Laravel framework.
• Awareness of web security best practices and ability to implement security measures.
• Portfolio showcasing full-stack development skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality code and solutions on time and within scope.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Tenancy Isolation in distributed systems.
• Expertise with Sharding in MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Contact Centre, IVR, Virtual Agents, VoIP, and telecommunications service providers.

Other Requirements:

• Availability for On-Call duties.

• This role is a hybrid position, requiring both in-office and remote work.
