  • Partner cross functionally with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Product, IT, Revenue Operations, and FP&A

  • Bring clarity to ambiguity — define scope, align stakeholders, and maintain execution momentum
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance system usability
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support enterprise system investments
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Director of PMO on prioritization, resource planning, and enterprise systems strategy

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 8 – 12+ years of program or project management experience, with a focus on enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, CPQ, billing, data platforms). Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Churn Zero, Reporting tools is a plus.
  • Proven success delivering complex programs in a matrixed SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong execution mindset — able to connect the dots, challenge assumptions, and drive outcomes
  • Deep understanding of enterprise systems architecture, integrations, and business process design
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including business case development and ROI tracking
  • Highly proactive and forward-thinking, with strong ownership and accountability

  • Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and third-party partners
  • Excellent communication skills with a polished, executive presence and ability to influence at all levels

  • Collaborative, cross functional environment with strong partnerships
  • Ability to shape and scale how work gets done in a growing cybersecurity company

What Success Looks Like

  • Enterprise systems that scale with the business and enable operational excellence
