The (USA) Manager, Program Management leads the coordination and execution of complex programs by fostering strong stakeholder relationships and aligning initiatives with business objectives. This role oversees performance tracking, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement efforts while providing guidance and development opportunities for associates. The manager ensures compliance with company policies and promotes ethical standards, driving accountability and delivering measurable results. By collaborating cross-functionally, this position supports strategic decision-making and operational excellence to enhance service capabilities and achieve organizational goals effectively.
About the team:
The Walmart Data Ventures team specializes in transforming Walmart’s data into actionable B2B solutions that empower merchants and suppliers to make informed decisions. This team leads the full lifecycle of data product development, collaborating across functions to achieve strategic business objectives. Program Managers oversee complex initiatives, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous process improvements. The team emphasizes clear communication, strategic planning, and leadership to support innovation and operational excellence within a dynamic environment, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable results.
What you'll do:

• Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, prioritize critical issues, and ensure timely resolution and delivery of milestones.
• Monitor program performance through analysis of key metrics, trend data, and customer feedback, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements to increase service and product capabilities.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while promoting a culture of integrity and respect.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-06100: The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
