The (USA) Manager, Program Management leads the coordination and execution of complex programs by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving alignment with business objectives. This role oversees program performance, ensures compliance with company standards, and promotes continuous improvement through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. The manager provides leadership by mentoring associates, managing expectations, and delivering regular performance updates to senior leadership. About the team:
The Walmart Marketplace Marketing Operations & Creative team leads seller-focused campaigns and communications to support third-party sellers on Walmart.com. This team collaborates across functions to implement strategic initiatives, improve processes, and enhance the seller experience. Emphasizing strong program management, clear communication, and data-driven decisions, the team drives operational performance to meet business objectives. Members prioritize accountability, relationship building, and effective leadership within a collaborative environment to deliver impactful results and support business growth.
What you'll do:

• Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and high-level deliverables.
• Monitor program performance through data analysis, key performance indicators, and return-on-investment assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while promoting a culture of integrity and transparency.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
