WalkMe is looking for an experienced QA Engineer to design test scenarios, execute manual test plans, and develop and maintain automated tests for our web applications.

What You'll Own:
- Design, plan, and execute QA test plans and test cases for complex web applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end, regression, and sanity tests, while identifying gaps in automation coverage.
- Perform thorough manual testing to validate new features, assess release readiness, and ensure an outstanding user experience.
- Investigate, reproduce, and help troubleshoot product quality issues to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely releases.
- Review and validate product functionality before production releases.
- Verify software updates, bug fixes, and patches to ensure quality and stability.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 3+ years of QA experience in both automation and manual testing, including 2+ years in manual testing of complex web applications across multiple platforms for customer-facing products.
- Experience with Testim.io and Playwright - big advantage.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and writing test documentation.
- Experience with DevTools (Console, Network).
- Experience with databases (SQL).
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and the client-server model.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on the bigger picture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to take a task from definition to completion.
- Highly independent and proactive, with the ability to identify what needs to be done and drive it forward.
- A hands-on team player who takes initiative, cares deeply about the product, and is willing to go the extra mile to get things done.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent English - writing and speaking.
