Job Description

We are looking for a Tester to join a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the quality of software solutions and project deliverables. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience as a Junior or Mid-Level Functional Tester who are looking to take the next step in their career by assuming greater responsibility in test planning, coordination, and quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and manage testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance processes.
• Coordinate the execution of functional testing activities and monitor test progress.
• Identify, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business, development, and project teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and present testing metrics, status reports, and quality assessments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Functional Tester at a Junior or Mid-Level.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Experience creating, executing, and maintaining functional test cases.
• Knowledge of defect management and test tracking processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate testing activities and manage priorities effectively.
• Interest in progressing towards a leadership and test management role.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality.
