  • Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with data summaries and visualizations

  • Perform data validation checks on Code IQ to ensure there is no missing data, report outputs are consistent, all reports are generated appropriately, etc.
  • Support development of Code IQ revision for industry best practice data analytics and reporting capacity.
  • Assist with uploading and downloading project data via SFT utilizing the UASI protocols and ensuring accuracy.
  • Prepare Excel files for Tech Support to set up automated upload of cases to CodeIQ.
  • Assist with special projects as required

What We're Looking For

  • Associate's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role; healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Experience manipulating, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with PivotTables, PivotCharts, formulas, and large datasets.
  • Ability to translate data into clear reports, visualizations, and actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies or potential data-quality issues.
