Backend Developer

We are looking for a Backend Developer who is passionate about building reliable, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. We're looking for engineers with strong backend programming fundamentals, whether your experience is in C#/.NET or other modern backend technologies such as Java or TypeScript (Node.js). If you have a solid software engineering background and are eager to learn and build enterprise applications with .NET, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using C# and .NET.

• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance backend services.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and business logic.

• Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production and application issues.

• Collaborate closely with Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards.

• Create and maintain technical documentation.

• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.

• Experience developing backend applications or APIs.

• Experience with C# is preferred. Candidates with strong professional experience in Java or TypeScript (Node.js) are also encouraged to apply, provided they are willing to learn and build applications using .NET.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

• Experience with .NET Framework or .NET/.NET Core is highly preferred.

• Good understanding of REST APIs and relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

• Experience using Git for version control.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Comfortable working in an Agile development environment.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• The role is based in Bandung, Indonesia, and requires working on-site. Candidates must be based in Bandung or willing to relocate.
  
  Nice to Have:

• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, or Web API.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Understanding of software design patterns and Clean Architecture.

• Experience with automated testing.
