Job Description Summary:

What You’ll Do for Us   

• Support the plant, cold drink operations, distribution and sales departments with the implementation and maintenance of TCCC KORE (The Coca-Cola Company Operating Requirements) requirements. Take responsibilities for initiating, implementing and monitoring TCCC KORE (The Coca-Cola Company Operating Requirements) requirements and ensure products, packages, ingredients, services and production facilities comply with the requirements, through directing the development and implementation of effective quality programs throughout the region.
• Develop and maintain the necessary quality programs to minimize quality risks as required by the company manuals.
• Conduct quality audits to bottling plant, warehouse, distribution and marketplace, supplier, key partners within Region and monitor the effectiveness of quality programs to ensure compliance with the quality principles, policies and standards of the Company and ensure  that corrective action plans are developed in a timely manner.
• Support supplier team for the comply of suppliers to our production requirements
• Lead, develop and implement quality improvement activities throughout the value chain to protect product, package and trademark integrity, improve quality performance and solve troubleshoot
• Evaluate business technical risks across the value chain processes including suppliers, bottlers, Co-Packers and distribution and develop and implement required action plans to ensure full compliance to Company Policies and requirements so that potential risks are prevented
• Support Environmental and safety team programs at the plants
• Lead, organize and carry out approval procedures of critical system and machinery Provide technical supports as a Business Unit technical represents in new line investment.

Qualifications & Requirements  

•  Bachelor Science, Food engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Masters degree is preferred.
• Minimum: +12-year experience in QSE function in management roles in food, beverage, chemicals, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Preferred: Leading a similar Quality & Food Safety Management roles for the last 5 year
• Excellent English and Russian writing and speaking
