Tech Lead (Frontend)

What you'll be doing:

• Lead a team, ensuring that solutions are delivered with quality and on time while contributing to the technical vision.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, delegating tasks and resolving technical disagreements when they take place.
• Develop our professional web-based app with an emphasis on rich interaction and responsive design.
• Creating interactions that delight the user.
• Develop analytics dashboards and web data visualization tools.
• Work closely with our clinical team to determine the ideal workflow of the system from the user’s perspective.
• Develop frontend components/services to communicate with our backend APIs.

What you need to have:

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead / Team Lead or natural Leadership skills.
• Extensive experience (+5y) with frontend development.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.
• Experience +5y with Vue.JS (React or Angular also are acceptable).
• Experience with CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS).
• Experience with build tools (Grunt, Webpack).
• Familiarity with Data Visualization front-end tools.
• Experience with responsive design.
• Experience with the best programming practices and test-driven development.
• Pixel-perfect attention to detail and proportions.
• Passion for creating novel and unique systems that have a direct impact on people’s lives.
• Good communication skills (Portuguese and English), natural leadership, winning personality and startup mentality.
• Great time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude, flexible, problem solver and decision maker.
• Quality oriented process ensuring good code practices.
• People oriented mindset, able to build strong relationships and motivate the team.
