Senior Frontend Engineer (Growth)

What you'll be doing:

• Develop professional web-based apps with an emphasis on rich interaction and responsive design.
• Creating interactions that delight the user.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to define and prioritize growth initiatives.
• Develop and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Implement tracking and analytics solutions to measure the performance of growth initiatives.
• Develop frontend components/services to communicate with our backend APIs.
• Able to execute defined and prioritized tasks within the scope of the team with specific guidance from manager/TL.
• Focus on contributing to solve problems with defined solutions, receiving others perspectives and feedback, besides effectively collaborating to get work done.
• Able to understand and effectively participate in the core processes of the team (planning, on-call rotations, bug triage, metrics review, etc), with high standard excellence of work.
• Communicates with the product team to define requirements and improve specifications.

What you need to have:

• Passion for creating novel and unique systems that have a direct impact on people’s lives.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.
• Experience +4 years of experience with React.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with responsive design.
• Experience with the best programming practices and test-driven development.
• Pixel-perfect attention to detail and proportions.
• Good communication skills, natural leadership, winning personality and startup mentality.
