Job Description

The CRM team mission 

The team mission is to develop &, maintain Swissquote's CRM and integrate it with our internal IT & software development solutions.
Microsoft based solution was chosen; Dynamics 365 being the latest version live offering the Sales & Marketing (Customer insights) modules.
The team will also soon collaborate with the customer care department by offering a similar Dynamics 365 experience based on in-house developed solutions replicating MS Dynamics - Customer Service - capabilites.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Engineer who combines strong software engineering skills with a product mindset to build AI-powered solutions for our customers and employees.
You will design, develop, and deploy AI-native applications, owning the full lifecycle from backend services and model integration to user experience and performance monitoring. Working closely with Customer Care and Sales teams Business teams, you will help transform our CRM solution through practical and reliable inhouse AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI generated-code applications using coding agents such as ClaudeCode
• Integrate with other components of Swissquote CRM ecosystem such as MS Dynamics 365, Genesys, Micro Service architecture into production environments.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and business stakeholders to deliver impactful and straight to the point solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements expected in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing production-grade software applications.
• Strong programming skills in Java and modern software development frameworks, understanding of .Net environment is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and product-oriented thinking.
• Experience in CRM applications is a strong advantage
• Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is a plus.
