Detailed JD

· 10-12 years of total software/IT engineering experience. Out of this at least 4+ technical program management experience preferably with external customer facing web based software products.

· 3+ years of hands on coding experience with .Net , C#. Should have very strong technical, product, quality and software engineering skills.

· Have the depth and width of decision making maturity. Be able to gain trust & respect of an engineering and dependent teams and stakeholders to deliver results.

· Ability to manage and influence team members without authority and work with people within local and remote locations spread across time zones.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and effectively communicate across all levels of management.

· Familiarity with agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles.

· Be passionate, customer obsessed, highly metrics/data driven and demonstrated success with engineering and launching large and complex programs with high customer value, impact and tight timelines.

· Developer Certifications, CSM, CSPO, CSD, CSPO certification preferred

· Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
