Responsabilities:
- Complex and very complex interface creation
- Advanced mapping
- Monitoring of Interfaces
- Authentication and Customizing of Certificates
- Customizing of Alerts
- Technical specification creation
- Customizing of Certificates
- Dealing with High Volume Scenarios
- Working with Near-Real Time Cases
- Familiarized with Hybrid Environments
- Troubleshooting and resolving of complex issues to optimize performance.
- New technologies acquisition
- Key element on defining architectures together with pursuit teams for pre sales
- Acts as escalation Point on complex issues and incidents
- Identify and contributes on the generation of new Practice's Capabilities "
