Your Role

In your daily job you will:

• Manage customer quality issues and complaints, including containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up.
• Manage ISIR/PPAP submissions and customer approvals for new products and engineering or 4M changes.
• Support customer quality audits and ensure timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
• Monitor customer quality performance, quality indicators, warranty issues, and customer claims.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other functions to resolve product and process quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement activities to prevent recurrence of quality issues and improve customer quality performance.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in automotive quality, customer quality, or manufacturing quality.
• Knowledge of automotive quality tools and processes, including APQP, PPAP/ISIR, 4M change, 8D, and root cause analysis.
• Experience in customer complaint handling, quality issue resolution, and corrective action management.
• Good communication and coordination skills with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement activities.
• English communication skills preferred.
