About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with post-program learners to gather program feedback and guide them in sharing their testimonials across social media platforms
• Assist team members with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects
• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis as required
• Support documentation, reporting, and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas and insights
• Handle administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in [relevant field]
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
