Job Description

• Participate the planning and execution of our implementation projects at several customers
• Bring in your own ideas and support our Business Analyst to create proper specifications for new features
• Monitor and maintain our products within the first period after going live
• Support our customers and ensure the knowhow transfer together with the implementation team
• Interact as interface between Client, Support and Development 
• Support our sales activities

Qualifications

• Higher education in informatics /business informatics or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of the SDLC
• DevOps knowhow/ first experience as consultant is advantageous
• Scripting knowhow with Javascript or VBscript
• Motivation to work in an agile environment
• Good communication skills and analytical mindset
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
