We are currently seeking a Project Manager on our Client Services team to join our growing company. This integral position will manage projects from start to finish and will be the primary client's day-to-day contact on these projects. The ideal candidate will be a true team player with experience in quantitative market research, project management and/or client service. Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)

  • Manage market research projects of varying scale and complexity
  • Provide a high level of client service, ensuring client objectives are met and providing recommendations where appropriate
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure we deliver excellence to our clients
  • Manage all aspects of project/study execution, helping guide the client, team members and any external partners through all critical project phases, including:
    • Questionnaire development and review
    • Survey scripting coordination & testing
    • Sample & quota design
    • Sampling/fieldwork delivery
    • Fieldwork launch and data checks
    • Fieldwork monitoring
    • Fieldwork close
    • Data Processing and final deliverables
    • Data Visualization
    • Invoicing
    • Project debriefs
  • Manage and maintain quality in all aspects of delivery and meeting, if not beating project timelines.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and provide viable solutions
  • Can clearly and effectively communicate project metrics, timelines, and client preferences (as well as other details to internal stakeholders and colleagues)

The MUST Haves:

  • 4+ years of relevant end-to-end project management experience, ideally within the quantitative market research field.
  • Bachelor�s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of market research and primary research methodologies
  • Experience in customer service or client service-type roles is strongly preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Strong follow-through skills & sound critical-thinking abilities
  • Well-developed time management and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools and concepts
  • Well versed in technology
  • Must enjoy working in a team environment with a dispersed team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite products

What success Looks like in this job role:

To be a successful Project Manager on the Client Services team at Prodege means effectively managing market research projects of varying complexity from start to finish while providing excellent client service. It involves collaborating with internal team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality work and timely project completion. Success also entails proactively identifying and addressing potential issues, maintaining project quality, and effectively communicating project metrics and timelines to both clients and internal stakeholders.
