Primary Objectives:

In this pivotal Project Manager role, you are crucial to exceeding client expectations and delivering successful online market research projects. You�ll be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and exceptional client service from launch to data delivery. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.

Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)

  • Manage and maintain the highest quality standards in all aspects of delivery and data, as well as meeting project timelines.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve project issues and changes that impact timing and require additional fees (scope creep), and effectively communicate these areas to internal team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Coordinate and manage third-party and outsourcing vendors to deliver high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Supports existing account relationships to ensure they remain healthy, productive, profitable, and mutually beneficial with the goal of securing repeat business
  • Responsible for reporting and effectively communicating project metrics (i.e.; incidence rate, completion rate, timelines, and client preferences to internal stakeholders and colleagues.)
  • Oversee all phases of market research projects from simple to moderate complexity.
  • Lead project ownership, collaborating closely with teams to fulfill client requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project roadmaps outlining objectives, milestones, and involved parties.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, meet client goals, offer optimization insights, and maintain transparent communication throughout the project.
  • Expertise in market research best practices from inception to data delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage project execution, guiding clients, teams, and external partners through essential project phases, including kick-off meetings, questionnaire optimization, survey programming, fieldwork monitoring, data accuracy checks, visualization support, and invoicing.
  • Uphold the highest quality and timeliness standards in project delivery.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, manage scope changes, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Support and enhance client relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Report project metrics clearly to internal teams.

The MUST Haves: (ex: job cannot be done without these skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • 4+ years of market research experience, ideally within the project management/operations function or with relevant experience in managing market research projects from inception to completion
  • Strong understanding of market research principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Results-oriented with a keen eye for detail and a passion for learning new technologies.
  • Team player with experience working in a global environment
  • Proficient with Word & Excel
  • Proficient with G Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sites)

The Nice to Haves: (ex: preferred additional skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • Bachelor�s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience
  • Familiar with survey scripting and data reporting platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Decipher, Confirmit, Dimensions, etc.)
  • Familiar with CRM-based solutions is a plus (i.e NetSuite, Salesforce, etc)

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
