Job Description

Are you a hands-on Salesforce developer passionate about building robust, scalable systems that make a real impact? We're looking for a skilled engineer to join our team, focusing on our core digital platform that connects us with Health Care Professionals globally.

What you'll achieve:

  • Take ownership of our Health Care CRM, building new features and enhancing its capabilities.

  • Contribute to the evaluation and development of new technologies that will form the foundation of our next-generation architecture.

  • Embed and champion software engineering best practices (e.g.: via code review), fostering a culture of high-quality code, robust design, and continuous delivery.

  • Contribute to the successful delivery of new products and features that measurably improve the experience for our sales, brand, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for new features and system enhancements.

  • Contribute to the architecture and optimization of our core CRM platform, planning its integration with and/or migration to future systems.

  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensure robust monitoring and observability, and contribute to release management processes.

  • Participate in technical design discussions, lead code reviews, and help define best practices.

Job Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Solid experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (Apex, LWC, integration patterns). Veeva knowledge is a huge plus!

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automating build, test, and deployment processes.

  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools and practices. AI-tools knowledge is also a plus!

  • Clear and effective technical communication skills.
