Key Responsibilities

• Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with video editors and creative teams to conceptualize and execute visually impactful content.
• Develop creative transitions, kinetic typography, title animations, infographics, and engaging visual elements using Adobe After Effects.
• Enhance video content through dynamic motion design while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Optimize motion graphics for different social media platforms and video formats.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, memes, and creator-driven content to keep visuals fresh and engaging.
• Suggest innovative animation styles and creative approaches that improve audience retention and engagement.
• Coordinate with editors during post-production to ensure smooth integration of graphics into final videos.
• Maintain organized project files and follow efficient workflow practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Artist, Motion Designer, or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects (mandatory).
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of motion design principles, animation techniques, visual storytelling, and composition.
• Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, pacing, transitions, and modern animation trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for digital content.
