As that number grows, we need to bring onboard a Senior Solutions Engineer to help large prospective customers navigate and evaluate our solutions to ensure they are set up for long-term success. As a liaison between customer stakeholders, sales, product, and support, our Solutions Engineering team is a core part of our enterprise go-to-market strategy. Our team is passionate about helping the fastest-growing enterprises in the world design, prototype, and build modern web projects at scale.

The EMEA team is at an early stage, and this is your opportunity to be part of the EMEA growth story and put your spin on our plans and execution.  We are looking for doers and builders - team members who like to roll up their sleeves and get things done. We strongly believe in the value of meeting our customers and partners in person. You can expect to be traveling across our key EMEA markets frequently.

What You'll Do: 

• Build a deep technical understanding of customers looking to modernize their webstack- carrying out in-depth technical discovery and guiding them through best practices of architecting, building, and deploying on Netlify
• Craft demos and present the Netlify platform to help showcase what Netlify can do, while assisting customers with pilots and proof-of-concept implementations
• Partner with Netlify Sales Team through the pre-and-post-sales process and creating joint plans for customer success
• Be the voice of the customer and communicate their needs and feedback to Product management, Product marketing, Support and the Engineering teams
• Build content to share with customers and the Netlify community in the form of demos, blog posts, webinars, and industry events 

What You’ll Bring:

• A breadth of experience in pre-sales roles with exposure to selling developer platform-oriented products
• Ample customer-facing experience engaging all levels of technologists, including individual developers, security, product, & engineering leaders, with the ability to perform technical discovery of customers’ existing architecture and translate it into a modern web stack.
• Familiarity with modern cloud architectures, including a solid understanding of frontend web development (Javascript, HTML/CSS, and various frontend frameworks like React/Next.js/Gatsby, Vue.js/Nuxt.js) Serverless technologies, and API integrations
• Comfortable with the enterprise SaaS sales process & common security concerns of cloud services
• Fast learner, excited & willing to learn new technology on an ongoing basis
• We welcome remote candidates based in the United Kingdom or Ireland to serve our EMEA customers

At Netlify, we are committed to a compensation philosophy that prioritizes fairness and equity, positions our employee compensation competitively in the market, recognizes and rewards performance, and takes a comprehensive approach to our rewards package. We anchor our compensation philosophy on a market-based approach, therefore salary ranges may differ depending on the labor cost in a particular location. The salary provided is in addition to robust benefits and participation in Netlify’s equity plan. Because this role is eligible to participate in Netlify's commission plan, it is common for employees in this role to receive total on-target earnings of £101,000k - £138,000 in the UK. The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location. These compensation packages and ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.
