Nasdaq provides corporate governance solutions for corporate and not-for-profit boards.

The Team:
Nasdaq’s Board Engagement team seeks a detail-oriented professional to join its Project Management team as we integrate digital solutions for the governance world. We are a potent team of corporate governance experts, technology specialists, and attorneys based out of our office in Greensboro, NC.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining a client book of business in the Corporate Governance sector
  • Establish project timelines and expectations for clients including onboarding, project delivery, and follow up of Director and Officer / Board Evaluation Questionnaires
  • Primary contact for client phone and email communications
  • Responsible for client relationship, opportunities, and expectations
  • Interact & assist clients on a one-on-one basis
  • Interact with all intern stakeholders concerning the delivery of project delivery
     

You will need the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-5 years of experience in a formal business setting with client communication experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite
  • Proven track record of superb attention to detail and accuracy (particularly in formatting documents, proofreading, and client communication)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Computer savvy and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects and communicate status to colleagues
  • Works well under pressure when required to meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills and comfort collaborating with team members and all members of management
  • Commitment to adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Energetic, strong work ethic and an interest for working within and contributing to a unique company culture

And it would be great if you have experience with:

  • Experience in copywriting, editing, publishing, proofreading, or similar capacity
  • Experience in Corporate Governance Sector
  • Experience with Director & Officer Questionnaires or other high level Corporate Governance projects
  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, research, or similarly quantitative capacity
  • Experience working in Salesforce or similar CMR tool
  • Experience working in Project Management tools such as Wrike or Monday
  • Microsoft Office Advanced Skills in Excel
  • Adobe / INET Comparison Advanced Skills
  • Comfortable working from a home environment due to COVID-19

The base pay range for this role is $52,100 - $86,800. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
