Some of the tasks you will be performing

As a Project Manager / Application Consultant, you will be part of Medius' Professional Services team, responsible for leading projects and implementing our spend management suite for our customers. From the start, you will take on significant responsibilities, driving exciting and challenging projects both nationally and globally.

• Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through the full onboarding lifecycle, including solution design, deployment, UAT, go-live, and hyper-care.
• Configuration and Training: Configure Expensya & Medius products based on customer needs and best practices and conduct workshops and training sessions.
• Support: Assist customers during test phases, go-live, and hyper-care, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal use of the system.
• Documentation: Document solution specifications and change requests, and report to project stakeholders.
• Project Management: For project of moderate complexity, own the project management gouvernance (Plan projects, manage resources, steer against milestones, and control project budget).

Requirements for the position

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT system implementations, ideally cloud-based/SaaS.
• Strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a can-do attitude.
• Business-minded and result-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks with high quality and control.
• Knowledge of IT systems in general.
• Availability for occasional travel to client sites.
• Fluent French and English both spoken and written.
• German fluency very appreciated.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in project management, particularly in the IT/SaaS industry.
• Experience implementing software solutions, ideally cloud-based/SaaS.
• Experience working as a consultant.

• Experience with integrations of ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with API integration and connector-based integrations very appreciated.
