Program Manager

The world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service is looking for a Program Manager to join the band in a consultant assignment. The client has transformed music listening forever when launched in 2008.

Period: September 2026 onwards, with a possibility of extension.

About the role

Our client is looking for a Program Manager, Subscriptions Delivery to drive end-to-end execution across its Subscriptions portfolio. In this highly cross-functional role, you will help turn strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes by creating structure, alignment and momentum across complex initiatives.

You will initially focus on two high-priority strategic programs while supporting additional initiatives across the portfolio. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Insights and Business teams, you will ensure effective planning, prioritization and delivery in a fast-paced and global environment spanning Stockholm, the UK and the US.

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across our client's Subscriptions portfolio.

• Lead planning, prioritization, capacity planning and execution of multiple initiatives.

• Identify, manage and mitigate risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.

• Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Insights and Business/GTM teams.

• Create clear structures, processes and accountability to support successful execution.

• Proactively communicate progress, risks and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Drive collaboration across globally distributed teams and multiple time zones.

• Ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes that support customer value, retention and growth.

Who you are

• You have 3–10 years of experience in program management, project management or a similar delivery-focused role.

• You have successfully led complex programs from planning through execution in product or technology-driven environments.

• You have strong experience with prioritization, risk management, dependency management and capacity planning.

• You are comfortable working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and other technical stakeholders.

• You excel at influencing and aligning stakeholders without formal authority.

• You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can quickly create structure where it is needed.

• You are a proactive communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on execution.

• You are comfortable working across cultures, functions and time zones.
