Are you a highly organized project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced client services environment? Precision AQ is seeking a Program Manager to play a critical leadership role in the successful delivery of medical communications programs. In this position, you will partner closely with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive project execution, maintain operational excellence, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing client partnership, process management, financial oversight, and team collaboration while contributing to impactful healthcare communications programs.

About You

  • You are a highly organized project manager who can successfully oversee multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • You are a proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges, identifies risks early, and develops effective solutions.
  • You excel at building relationships and communicating clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and serving as a key operational leader across complex programs.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining accurate project documentation, financial tracking, and workflow processes.
  • You are comfortable providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members while supporting their professional growth.

About the Role

As one of the three core leaders of the account team, the Program Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and communicating project workflows that ensure successful execution of client programs. You will serve as a vital operational partner to Scientific Directors and Strategic Account Directors/Managers, providing visibility into timelines, milestones, resource needs, financial performance, and project status.

In this role, you will oversee project workflows, coordinate medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes, manage project documentation, and support financial tracking and invoicing activities. You will act as a primary client contact for project status updates, operational discussions, and financial communications while ensuring compliance with relevant client and industry requirements. Additionally, you may manage program logistics, coordinate vendor activities, and provide guidance and support to Program Coordinators.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business such as medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Helpful Experience

  • Experience managing Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes.
  • Knowledge of scientific publication planning processes and Datavision.
  • Experience working with vendors, meeting logistics, or event planning activities.
  • Previous experience coaching, training, or mentoring junior project management professionals.
