Position Summary

The VP Product role is a strategic product leadership position focused on supporting and aligning roadmap direction across multiple teams and product domains within the studio organization. The role partners closely with product leaders, game teams, and business stakeholders to ensure product initiatives align with company goals, player needs, and long-term business strategy.

This position focuses on shaping product strategy, driving roadmap alignment across multiple teams, and partnering with studio leadership to support long-term business growth and player experience. The role works cross-functionally with product, LiveOps, monetization, and development teams to help guide strategic priorities, evaluate opportunities, and ensure product initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities :

• Driving strategic alignment across product roadmaps and initiatives
• Supporting prioritization and investment decisions based on business impact and player value
• Partnering with studio and product leadership to shape long-term product direction
• Using data and performance insights to guide roadmap recommendations and feature strategy
• Facilitating cross-team collaboration and organizational alignment
• Influencing decision-making across multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
• The role requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a fast-paced, data-driven gaming environment

Requirements :

• Significant experience in Product or related leadership roles within gaming or a highly data-driven consumer business.
• Deep understanding of product, player behavior, and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to evaluate opportunities and guide product-related decisions across multiple products.
• Experience partnering with senior product, game, and studio leaders to influence strategy and business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and performance insights to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to drive alignment, influence stakeholders, and operate effectively in a matrix organization without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
