Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer - IBMS to execute, install, test, commission, and support Integrated Building Management System projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, system integration, stakeholder coordination, commissioning activities, and ensuring successful project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end IBMS project activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Configure and commission IBMS and Building Automation Systems.
• Oversee installation and integration of:
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • HVAC Controls
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • CCTV Systems
  • Access Control Systems
  • Public Address Systems
  • Intrusion Detection Systems
  • Energy Monitoring Systems
• Review project drawings, technical specifications, and layouts.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare progress reports.
• Troubleshoot system issues during execution and commissioning phases.
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Prepare commissioning reports, as-built drawings, and handover documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, or related Engineering discipline.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in IBMS, BMS, ELV, Building Automation, Fire & Security, or Smart Building projects.
• Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, metro projects, industrial facilities, IT parks, data centers, or large infrastructure projects.
