As an Analista de Dados Pleno, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decision-making and optimize project performance. Working in a collaborative and data-driven environment, you will be responsible for monitoring key metrics, building dashboards, and analyzing campaign and event results to identify opportunities for improvement. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to business growth by delivering meaningful analyses, automating reporting processes, and supporting stakeholders with reliable, data-backed recommendations. Accountabilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and strategic performance reports using Business Intelligence tools.
- Monitor and analyze project KPIs, ensuring stakeholders have accurate and up-to-date performance data.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, activations, and events by identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate strategic insights that support business planning and data-driven decision-making.
- Track financial performance related to projects and marketing initiatives.
- Design and implement automations that improve reporting efficiency and streamline data analysis processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable business intelligence.
- Experience in data analysis, business performance monitoring, or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate valuable business insights.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Ability to automate reporting processes and improve data workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
