We are seeking a Field Service Supervisor (Project Manager) - BMS to lead the execution and delivery of Building Management System (BMS) projects and service operations across Malaysia.

This role is responsible for managing field engineers, subcontractors, project execution, customer relationships, and project financials while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, drive operational excellence, and contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth. 

Key Responsibilities

Project & Service Delivery

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of BMS-related projects and service activities.
• Manage project schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate and supervise engineers, technicians, and subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Sales to ensure effective project execution. 

Customer Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Act as a primary point of contact for project-related matters.
• Ensure customer expectations are met through effective communication and service delivery.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and contribute to positive customer outcomes.
• Conduct site meetings, project reviews, and customer engagements as required

Financial & Commercial Management

• Manage project budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities to improve margins.
• Support financial reporting and project forecasting activities.
• Ensure timely material procurement and effective cost control throughout project lifecycles. 

Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of field service engineers and technicians.
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture. 

Health, Safety & Quality

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project sites.
• Ensure compliance with Honeywell HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and support site safety initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards and KPIs.
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement activities

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation, HVAC Controls, or related building technologies. 
• Proven experience in project management, project monitoring, and project execution. 
• Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. 
• Experience leading engineers, technicians, or subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and customer relationships.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Malaysia (up to 50–75%). 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with leading BMS platforms
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications
• Experience within commercial buildings, healthcare, data centres, industrial facilities, or smart building environments.
• Ability to communicate in local languages such as Malay, Mandarin, or Tamil would be advantageous
