About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. What You Will Do in This Role

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, analysts, and other team members to understand requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement solutions that align with industry best practices and standards.

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.

• Develop efficient and scalable code for both front-end and back-end components of applications.

• Review page analytics and identify possible improvements in speed and customer experience (CX).

• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot, and resolve any technical issues, providing timely support for production systems.

• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to ensure solutions remain innovative and competitive.

• Learn from and contribute to the team by participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and being open to mentorship.

• Understand data security and compliance considerations within the Salesforce Sales Cloud context.

• Work on integrating multiple technologies with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role:

• 5+ years of years recent hands on experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Sales Cloud features, including lead and opportunity management, workflow automation, and configuration of sales processes

• Expert knowledge with Flows, APEX (classes, triggers, and web services), VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, SOSL.

•  Expertise in developing Lightning components, using Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Excellent problem-solving ability; In-depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and backend experience with Salesforce integrations.

• Takes feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standards 

• Experience with GitHub. CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices 

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization.

• Salesforce Certified or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.

• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, updates, and industry best practices.

• Strong time management, organizational and team collaboration skills
