About The Role:

Herewith we are looking for a C++ engineer. Your mission would be to develop and maintain a web browser product on both Mac and Windows platforms. We welcome a good team player sharing our passion for learning new things every day.

About The Team:

Our team develops a Chromium-based web browser with focus on security and privacy.

What You Will Do in This Role:

• Analyse, document, and bring solutions for new features.

• Extend existing features with new functionality.

• Hunt and fix bugs.

• Work with Jira, GitHub, TeamCity, Confluence.

• Write clean code.

• Perform effective code reviews.

• Help to mentor junior colleagues.

• Work on both Mac and Windows codebases.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role:

• Proficient in modern C++ (14 or newer).

• Ability to write testable code and Unit tests.

• Ability to write parallel and thread-safe code.

• Knowledge of Network communication like HTTP, REST API.

• Knowledge of Mac or Windows development stack.

• English on B2 level.

What we welcome or we will teach you:

• Ability to use C++ language and library features effectively.

• Experience with the Chromium open-source project.

• Experience with debugging complex issues within the browser and Chromium code.

• Knowledge of Kotlin DSL build jobs and integration with TeamCity.

• Experience with Python.
