About the team –

Initiate and validate: Review the signed or pending approved network quote, establish requested and actual critical dates, assess standard vendor lead times, identify expedite needs, and communicate any unrealistic timeline to management and stakeholders. 

Control scope and commercial accuracy: Compare the signed quote with Quote Review and Billing Preview details; verify line items, locations, addresses and financial entries; approve accurate scope or return discrepancies for change-of-scope correction. 

Lead stakeholder governance: Plan and facilitate internal turnover, client kick-off, status, test-and-turn-up, cutover and closure communications; issue agendas, minutes and task ownership details. 

Coordinate network delivery: Partner with Network Engineering, Provisioning, Voice, Service Delivery, account teams, depot and client contacts to manage circuit, POTS, broadband, hardware, configuration, shipment, installation and cutover dependencies. 

Maintain project control: Create and update the project plan, target dates, billing dates, status, time entries, issues, communications and supporting documents in TED. 

Complete and transition: Confirm work completion, documentation, billing processing, service disconnects and engineer readiness before transition; issue the client closure and survey communication.

What you bring:

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Project Management
• Should have good experience in Implementation with good communication skills
• Should be willing to work as Individual Contributor
• Willing to work on regular night shifts (6 pm to 3 am IST)
• PMP or Prince 2 Certification is added advantage

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor’s degree in any stream (B.Tech or BE) or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
