• Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications using Angular and React.
• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following modern development standards.
• Drive technical discussions, solution design, and architectural decisions across web projects.

• Mentor and guide front-end developers through technical coaching and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.

• Identify technical debt and continuously improve application architecture.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and release management.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability.

• 5–7 years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Angular (v12+) and React.js.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
• Strong understanding of component-driven architecture and reusable UI development.
• Experience with Redux, NgRx, Context API, or other state management libraries.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience working with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience working on OTT, Media, Video Streaming, or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Micro Frontend Architecture.
• Knowledge of Next.js or Angular Universal (SSR).
• Experience with Webpack, Vite, or modern build tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, or Karma.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and web performance optimization.
