Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join our Digital Manufacturing AI team and help build AI-powered applications and intelligent assistants for semiconductor manufacturing.

Position Summary

You will work at the intersection of software engineering, Generative AI, data, and semiconductor manufacturing, developing scalable applications that integrate manufacturing data, enterprise systems, and AI capabilities to improve engineering productivity and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack software applications using modern engineering practices.
• Build and maintain backend services using Python, Flask, REST APIs, and relational databases.
• Develop responsive frontend applications using Angular, React, Vue, or similar frameworks.
• Integrate applications with manufacturing databases, APIs, dashboards, and enterprise systems.
• Develop reusable software components, services, and workflows.
• Support the development and integration of AI-powered capabilities, including RAG, AI assistants, and agent-based workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and manufacturing subject matter experts to deliver business solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, defect triage, performance tuning, and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow software engineering, cybersecurity, data governance, and Responsible AI best practices.
• Use Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing to deliver features safely and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering with Data Science or a related field.
• Experience with Python & Flask for backend software development.
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (Angular, React, or Vue).
• Experience working with SQL, relational databases, and structured data.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern software development practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in learning and applying Generative AI technologies.
