You’ll be part of our Delivery Operations team in the Engineering department
The Delivery Operations team is focused on leading delivery programs, projects, and operational activities to achieve excellent delivery execution in full visibility and productivity. We are defining and implementing the organization’s strategies & goals and setting processes, culture & practices improvements mechanism.
In this position you will
- Own project execution end to end. Work with large scale R&D teams
- Project management expert - setting up project’s roadmap, managing scope, backlog and timeline, tracking key milestones, managing KPIs , key dependencies etc.
- Ensuring deliverables are planned and ontrack - visibility and tracking
- Perform reviews of various project activities to identify and highlight risks and develop appropriate contingency plans
- Work with diverse stakeholders (developers, squad leads, product, senior management, etc. ) to ensure project success
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of experience with project manager, preferably in large global organizations
- Deep understanding of Jira
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodology & frameworks
- Strong familiarity with software development lifecycle
- Can operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Experienced in working with large num of stakeholders in / cross units
- Strategic thinking and ability to dive to technical aspects quickly
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability with outstanding organizational skills
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams
- People person and a team player
- Experience in software development - advantage
