Job Title: Software Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our Onboarding department. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that streamline our onboarding processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software applications that meet the needs of our clients and enhance their onboarding experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and deploy software solutions that automate and optimize our onboarding processes.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design and implement scalable and efficient software architecture that aligns with industry best practices.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from defects.

- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and resolve software issues and bugs.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our software solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior software engineers.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in the onboarding domain.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.

- Experience with software development methodologies and best practices.

- Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

- Experience with cloud platforms and technologies is a plus.
