What Are We Looking For?

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root causes, and issue resolution. Timeliness of responses and overall customer experience
  • Have sufficient product and technical knowledge to gather relevant information using various tools.
  • Must be able to understand critical processes supported by the Mission Control team.
  • Working closely with Customer Success Engineers as well as other teams to get the most out of various tools and ensure issues are resolved as expediently as possible
  • Proactively collect information for product issues that are impacting customers. Provide automation and documentation to address common or emerging issues before they become severe or widespread.
  • Build process or troubleshooting documentation in the support knowledge base and maintain communication standards in keeping the internal stakeholders informed on the support operations
  • Actively participate in meetings and presentations with various teams to identify technical requirements and automate using tools available
  • Listen to and thoroughly understand what the requirements are. Never pre-suppose or assume anything or pre-determine solutions
  • Be able to manage incidents and related procedures and maintain communication standards in keeping the internal and external stakeholders informed on ongoing incidents
Required skill sets:
  • Should have 2 to 4 years of solid experience in automation, supporting various business applications or related tools
  • Demonstrated ability to automate using Python, JavaScript, PHP, or other popular programming and/or Functional Programming concepts
  • Familiarity with logging tools, such as Insightops, Datadog, etc., and a Knowledge of headless CMS
  • Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Jenkins, AWS, Azure
  • Familiarity using BI tools such as Tableau
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM ticketing system
  • Experience working with Project Management tools like Jira would be an added advantage
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment for various shift patterns

  • Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Strong Analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
Education:
 
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field. Master’s degree is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
Location - Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience - 2 to 4 Years
