We are looking for a talented Automation Software Engineer to join our team and take part in designing and building advanced automation solutions for complex systems.

What you’ll do

• Design and analyze software architectures and system solutions
• Define and implement infrastructure and frameworks for test automation
• Research, evaluate, and integrate new technologies, tools, and open-source solutions
• Develop hands-on automation for testing processes, execution, analysis, and reporting
• Manage automation workflows within ALM systems
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and product 

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in test automation development, including test execution, results analysis, and reporting.
• Strong ability to analyze software architectures and system design.
• Define software architecture and detailed design for the development of software infrastructure and system test automation.
• Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technologies, tools, open-source software packages, and development environments to support automation projects.
• Manage automation development, execution, and reporting processes using ALM tools.
• Collaborate and manage interfaces with multidisciplinary teams.

Required Skills

• Strong systems engineering mindset with a broad system-level perspective.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), multithreading, and REST APIs.
• Understanding of microservices-based software architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with ALM tools for development and test management, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience in Python development.
• Experience integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines and ALM tools (advantage).
• Knowledge and experience with container technologies, such as Docker, and container orchestration platforms, such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
