Project Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Full coordination of the EAST projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
• Preparation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and resource plans
• Ensuring effective collaboration between the involved departments
• Preparation of status reports and presentations on the project for management
• Independent handling of operational tasks, supporting daily operations
• Active participation in coordination activities and relieving management in decision-making
• Application of LEAN tools and methodology (process improvement, waste reduction, standardization)
• Identification of risks and deviations arising during the projects, development of solution proposals, and tracking of necessary actions
• Continuous improvement of operational and project processes, identification, and sharing of effective solutions within the team

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering, economics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in project management (experience in a commercial environment is an advantage)
• High proficiency in the practical application of LEAN tools and methodology
• Confident, active English language skills both spoken and written
• Strong organizational skills, systemic thinking, and structured working style
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently in parallel
• Good communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, ability to work independently
• Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
