Monitors data platforms activity, code and resource usage onsite or in the cloud. Contributes to the setting of standards for data and BI platforms and ensures conformance to these standards

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Databricks Senior Data Engineer to support the delivery of data engineering solutions across Databricks & Snowflake ecosystems, working as part of a wider delivery team on both internal and external customer engagements.

You will contribute to the development of data pipelines, transformations, and data models that support business insights and operational reporting. Day-to-day you will work with senior engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement technical solutions in line with defined designs and standards.

You will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining data components, ensuring data quality and reliability under guidance from more senior team members. You will participate in delivery ceremonies, code reviews, and testing activities, and will be expected to follow engineering best practices.

You will actively develop your technical skills, gaining experience across tools, platforms, and delivery approaches, while contributing positively to team delivery and collaboration.
