Job requirements

Experience Range: with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Python fullstack development, including designing and implementing microservices architectures Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable Python-based applications and services
• Architect and implement robust microservices solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Develop, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between services and client applications
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering technical growth and promoting best coding practices
• Review code, enforce development standards, and drive continuous improvement across the development team
• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, build, and deployment processes, ensuring reliability and speed
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development, testing, and production environments, ensuring application performance, scalability, and security
Required Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Python programming
• Expertise with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Strong skills in containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
• Experience with automated testing using PyTest
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with messaging and event-streaming platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus
• Exposure to AI/ML integration, data engineering, or automation platforms
• Advanced performance tuning and application monitoring skills
• Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding standards
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Previous experience leading development teams or technical initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (BTech or MTech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
• Microsoft Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• AWS Certified Developer Associate or Professional Cloud Developer (Google Cloud)
• Python Institute certifications (PCAP/PCPP)
