Herndon, VA (fully on-site, no remote option)

Bespoke Technologies is seeking two Software Developers to provide development support for a team in Herndon, VA. Solid JavaScript experience is a must, in addition to hands-on experience (4+ years preferred). certifications are highly desired. The ideal candidates will also have strong technical/development backgrounds.
Required:
- Demonstrates experience using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Demonstrates experience developing OR advanced experience with software development OR experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop experience.
- Demonstrates experience in business process analysis, including evaluating customer need, internal processes, document business process models, and translating these models as functional technical requirements.
- Demonstrates experience in systems evaluation, such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve/correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
- Demonstrates experience with process improvement, such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls.
- Demonstrates experience with program management and project task management, and customer relations and outreach.
- Demonstrates experience with IT and systems lifecycle management, including managing review boards, and change and release management.
- Demonstrates experience with knowledge management, including developing feature release descriptions, and technical artifacts related to development under this request.
Desired:
- Certified Application Developer, or completion of requisite training for the certification.
- Demonstrates experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Demonstrates experience with application suites (e.g., IT Service Management, IT Business Management), developing Dashboards on , and using Performance Analytics.
- Demonstrates experience using project management applications.
- Demonstrates experience working with Sponsor’s IT service providers.
- Demonstrates experience advising Sponsor personnel on processes, practices, and policies that directly impact the organization.
- Demonstrates experience with cloud architecture, including expertise beyond the Sponsor’s legacy cloud environments.
