• 5+ years of being part of a back-office in a financial institution, or with service providers to financial institutions in India and / or in the Nordics, with a good understanding of systems and processes - preferably from a bank /financial institution that focuses on Retail / SME customers. 
• Very good grasp of configurable systems and solutions and the ability to understand systems from a functional and process point of view.
• Document and map end Customer Journeys, author requirement specifications, and provide a complete solution for our customers.
• Ability to coordinate with the delivery team and prioritize actions keeping both project mandate and delivery schedules in mind.
• You have a basic knowledge of SQL and a willingness to learn more. 
• A keen understanding and an interest in the financial services market in the Nordics is a plus.
• Ability to manage service delivery with an approach to cross and up sell value to customers.
