LevelUP is AT&T program to drive the company’s technological excellence to augment and enhance business outcomes.

We provide a comprehensive framework to enhance productivity & SDLC performance by driving AT&T software delivery teams and dev leaders to adopt a growth mindset, proven practices and tools, and leverage GenAI to boost the SDLC, all while aligning the organization on key priorities.

If you want to shape core product strategies that transform how 1,000+ R&D teams in AT&T operate, driving them to continuously improve while developing products for dozens of millions of customers to use, this is the job.

This isn’t a purely strategic role: you’ll dive deep into product details, push teams to ship fast, and maintain an unwavering focus on user impact and adoption. 

Customers and main stakeholders are located in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a strategic initiative within a global enterprise, driving the vision and execution of a Software Delivery Insights platform from concept to launch.

Inspire and mentor a team of Product Managers, setting a clear vision, building a high-performing team, and delivering impactful products.

Own the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring end-to-end delivery from business requirements to successful launch.

Champion data-driven decisions, blending analytics with user insights to prioritize features that deliver measurable customer value.

Foster cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders, partners, and customers to create alignment and accelerate outcomes.

Integrate GenAI tools to enhance product management processes and unlock new efficiencies.

Requirements

10+ years in software product development, with 5+ years in product leadership roles.

Proven experience in global B2B organizations, as part of a fast-paced, high-growth product team.

Subject Matter Expert in the software delivery lifecycle domain. 

Exceptional strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.

Strong customer-centric mindset and passion for user experience.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Data-driven decision-making expertise.

GenAI proficiency in product management processes. 

Previous experience as a developer or a technology-related degree.
