THE ROLE:
THE PERSON:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive execution of multiple diagnostics, validation, debug, and engineering programs, ensuring delivery against commitments, schedules, and quality objectives.
- Partner with silicon, software, platform, and product engineering teams to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues and risks.
- Translate technical requirements, product roadmaps, and engineering objectives into actionable program plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Establish, maintain, and analyze KPIs, dashboards, and program metrics to measure progress, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making.
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to improve planning, reporting, issue identification, and operational efficiency.
- Communicate program status, technical risks, mitigation strategies, and key decisions to engineering leadership, customers, and executive stakeholders.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in semiconductor product development, silicon validation, verification, diagnostics, product engineering, failure analysis, or related technical disciplines.
- Proficiency in software development, scripting, automation, debugging, or system-level analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs spanning multiple engineering organizations.
- Experience driving root cause investigations and resolution of hardware, software, or system-level issues.
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies, metrics, and execution frameworks.
- Experience working with global engineering teams and customer-facing stakeholders.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
