System Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

•  Lead end-to-end system validation activities, from requirements understanding through execution, analysis, and final conclusions.
• Work closely with System Engineers to define validation objectives, strategies, test scenarios, and pass/fail criteria.
• Plan, design, and execute laboratory, field, and system-level validation activities.
• Troubleshoot unexpected issues during testing and make real-time technical decisions.
• Prepare clear test procedures, documentation, and validation reports.
• Work closely with Software, Electronics, Mechanical, System Engineering, and Project Management teams.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work hands-on in both laboratory and field environments.
• Experience in engineering testing, verification & validation - an advantage.
• Experience with measurement equipment and test systems - an advantage.
